CELLAR?
I have an enormous 3 compartment cellar in my new gaff - and I was wondering on the physical problems putting waste water requirements in a subfloor area?
The bloke before me had a sink down there - buyt it seemed to just drain off into the soil - and that just seemed to run back into the cellar.
Can I fit a pump system down there?
This is West Ham related

not cheap but the answer is yes.
you'll need a macerator down there and tanking in the walls.
i had a basement with low head height, i got underpinning done to add head height and was able to get two bedrooms and a wetroom out of it. 120 grand job, but was worth more than double that in terms of value.

When you say 'pump system' - do you refer to one of those genital pumps? Its penile vacumn designed to engorge and lenghten your too short lad, dyson transforming its shrew like girth and rigour to prouder more immense proportions?
Can you not bring the tool to bear upon your tool in the confines of your bathroom or water closet and instead transform the below stairs area to a subterranean pantry or dungeon?

Too much hassle getting drains out and you need pumps but it is possible. If only drains would go uphill...
